Ingredients:
- 2 red peppers, cut into short strips
- 1 French shallot, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- A handful of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp of CHLADA Salas seasining blend
- 2 tbsp od Olive oil
- 1 tbsp of white vinegar or lemon juice
